Wild Strawberries has made three internationally acclaimed feature films: DISGRACE – the wonderful adaptation of J.M.Coetzee’s novel, the outrageous comedy I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO DIRECT and the multi award winning LA SPAGNOLA, plus the short THE MAN YOU KNOW.
All films have been directed by Steve Jacobs and produced by Anna Maria Monticelli. Anna also wrote the scripts for DISGRACE and LA SPAGNOLA. Steve wrote the comedies I’VE ALWAYS WANTED TO DIRECT and the short THE MAN YOU KNOW. They illustrate their deep knowledge of cinema with great writing, acting and striking images.
